Projects 2012

This year we would like and looking for volunter(s) to help in a project in  farm. Want to build a little eco house with stones, strawbail, cob and with wood for carpentry. But dont have skills to realize it, only ideas. So would like someone who can teach me, I want to learn from him (or her!) by working together.
For this project we will need additional helping hands between the end of April - mid October depending on weather.We may  experiment a bit with building with cob - a natural building material made of clay, sand and straw, which is fire proof. We were thinking perhaps to build an out door bathroom from cob to start with  or a bread oven, a small cob greenhouse or maybe something else.

Your Building Qualifications and Experience:

walnut-brace-mark Prospective interns should have some previous experience in one of the following areas:

    carpentry
    natural building
    general construction

We are particularly looking for people with at least good carpentry skills. Natural building experience is a major plus. If you are responsible, proactive, have a strong work ethic, and are capable of regularly doing physical work, you will be fit for this role.

Another exciting project for the year of 2012 also is one Mercedes 608  fix it like motorhome! If someone knows and have skills in this project please Come help!
